1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
The product is unused and in its original packaging
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Earrings (once opened)
Used or worn jewellery
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Approval & Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions. The product must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging.
5. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
